  We recently finished a home build and Amanda from North Idaho Real Estate was just fantastic! Prior to deciding to build she showed us a number of houses that fit our needs but none of them felt quite right. We had looked into building but the up-front cost was too much for us. Amanda showed us another builder that worked out perfectly. As first time home buyers we knew nothing about buying and financing a home. Amanda patiently guided us along each step of the way, answering all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. During the build she advocated for us with the builder and helped resolve lots of issues that came up. When we approached closing the communication between her, the lender, and the title company was seamless, meaning we were able to close 3 days sooner than anticipated. Amanda has been fantastic and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
